Catherine's Ginger Chicken

Catherine's ginger chicken.

Quick, easy and can feed 2 people.

Ingredients

  • chicken
  • ginger (cut into chunky pieces)
  • spring onion (chunky pieces)
  • garlic (1 clove)

Method

  1. 1 - Prep all veg, cut ginger into chunky pieces
  2. 2 - Mix sauce ingredients (not sure what they are yet) and put aside for later.
  3. 3 - Cut chicken into small chunks, fry off until white.
