Catherine's Ginger Chicken
Catherine's ginger chicken.
Quick, easy and can feed 2 people.
Ingredients
- chicken
- ginger (cut into chunky pieces)
- spring onion (chunky pieces)
- garlic (1 clove)
Method
- 1 - Prep all veg, cut ginger into chunky pieces
- 2 - Mix sauce ingredients (not sure what they are yet) and put aside for later.
- 3 - Cut chicken into small chunks, fry off until white.
