Banana & chocolate overnight oats

Quick, easy to make oats that can be popped in the fridge the night before. Great post workout fuel!

Delicious banana and chocolate overnight oats, ready and waiting for you after your workout. Easy to prepare and a tasty alternative to sugary cereals.

Ingredients

  • 250ml almond milk
  • 2 scoops (60g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder (over 70% cocoa)
  • 75g rolled oast
  • Small amount of grated dark chocolate

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients (apart from grated chocolate) in a blender and wizz until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture over the oats and stir well. Leave to soak in a sealable container in the fridge overnight.
  3. Sprinkle grated chocolate over the top when ready to eat (post workout 😉)
